Who doesn’t love a bath tub, whether you want a long soak to unwind after a stressful day, or like them just for some great photo opportunities, whatever your reason lots of incredible places to stay are jumping on this bandwagon and putting stunning baths in their properties.

Below, we have curated the best places to stay in the UK for some of the most breath taking baths in and outside.

Artist Residence, Multiple Locations

If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is stylish, luxurious, and just amazing, then book a stay at the Artist Residence. They have places in Penzance, London, Oxfordshire and Brighton so you can choose whether you want a break to the sea, city of country. The rooms are so beautifully decorated that you will want to stay in all of them with luxury furnishings, delightful antiques, and bohemian styling. Most of their superior rooms come with an incredible roll-top bath where you will want to bathe in morning, noon and night. Their clubhouse offers amazing drinks, so you can have a cheeky cocktail while you get ready for dinner and a delicious range for breakfast. They really know how to make every aspect of your stay special and all the staff are so friendly and helpful it just made our stay even more perfect.

Cheshire Boutique Barn, Cheshire

Looking for a romantic place to stay? Then it doesn’t get much better than Cheshire Boutique Barns. They are an award winning, 5*, unique, boutique retreat and they tick every box. When we arrived for our stay, we were made to feel so special and the luxury began as soon as we stepped through the door. There are 3 rooms to choose from whether you want a room that boasts a real fire, and a wonderful hidden outdoor bath under a glass roof so you can lay in the bath or a room with a huge hidden bath in the bedroom with shutters that open up to the living room. It really is bedroom and bath goals!

Croft 103, Scotland

On the shores of Loch Eriboll in Scotland are two luxury self catering accommodation where you can enjoy a bath not just inside but also in the nature surrounding the property too. The outdoor bath is set on a secluded patio area overlooking the sea so you can be alone with just the sounds of nature as your company as you soak away your day. The indoor bath is placed perfectly next to a huge window with panoramic views of the countryside so you can still enjoy an uninterrupted view. The rest of the inside has been perfectly designed to flow with the natural surroundings and to create sustainable accommodation but still with luxuries like the fabulous 7ft feather-topped bed.

Fallen Angel, Cornwall

Nestled in the heart of the quaint seaside town of Mousehole is a fabulous romantic retreat with all the luxuries you could ask for. The interiors have been inspired and sourced from around the world, from the handmade encaustic tiles from Spain, antiquities from the ancient city of Jodhpur and the ethically sourced hand carved teak from Malaysia. The living area on the upper level has comfy sofas and an egg shaped wood burner to cuddle up by in the winter months and in the warmer months you can open the floor to ceiling windows to the decked balcony and beyond to the sea, to bring the outside indoors. In the bedroom you will find the star of the show of the roll top stainless steel bath for two, placed next to the floor to ceiling window overlooking the lower garden.

The Impeccable Pig, County Durham

Tucked away from the restaurant in the old brick Coach House, is where you’ll find 10 carefully crafted and themed rooms. The rooms at The Impeccable Pig on the first level all provide you with huge comfy beds to snuggle into and a mix of spacious freestanding baths in copper, nickel and painted finishes. The bedrooms on the ground floor will give you a taste for luxury with your very own hot tub and sauna to enjoy in a private patio. The main feature in all the rooms though, have to be the bath tubs though that take center stage in the rooms. Some of the bath tubs are round, making it perfect to enjoy with a loved one whereas other rooms have fun bijou bath where you can soak in.

Trelan Farm, North Wales

Ever wanted to stay in a shipping container? Probably not but wait till you see the lovingly refurbished cabin at Trelan Farm. They have found a wonderful place to dock, on the grounds of a 150-acre beef and sheep farm in Cilcain, North Wales. You’ll find yourself surrounded by lush countryside, endless peace and tranquility doesn’t that sound so delightful. The interiors have had a modern makeover and are full of stylish features and when you step outside you will see the beautiful wood-clad exterior. For more luxury, then the outdoor bath is calling your name, just lay back and takes in the breathtaking views around and maybe have a glass or two of fizz.

Ukiyo, Cornwall

This eco-friendly property is situated on the rugged east coast of Cornwall’s Lizard Peninsula. Its Scandi inspired interiors create a calming atmosphere to rest and unwind as you take in the exceptional views surrounding the house. You will want to spend your time in the bedroom which has a beautiful window of the panoramic view of the coastline and see to wake up to and fall asleep to. The bath takes center stage in the room, so you can soak your day away while watching the fishing boats come in and out. Outside you will be treated to a cedar spa hot tub, perfect for watching the sun set and finish off your evening with a glass of wine by the warmth of the firepit.

University Arms, Cambridge

We stayed in the beautiful University Arms, which is so beautifully designed with luxury soft furnishings, stylish features at every corner, and special little touches in your room and throughout the hotel. The entrance to the hotel is just amazing and you feel like you are arriving at a manor estate with their incredible pillars lining the entrance. The hotel offers 192 individually designed en-suite bedrooms and suites; from cosy doubles, Superior rooms, to suites with a beautiful terrace and roll-top bath. Imagine starting your morning and ending your day in that exquisite bath filled with bubbles and why not have double bubbles.

Watergate Bay, Cornwall

Set on the most spectacular, two-mile surfing beach, Watergate Bay Hotel is the perfect destination for a staycation by the beach. With so many beautiful rooms to choose from whether you fancy a cosy snug or a whole suite, they have so many on offer and with incredible views out to sea. They have some exceptional rooms with baths that look out to the sea and even some with double baths, so you can sit with a loved one while you admire the view. They have 3 different places to eat so you can decide whether you want to sit on the decked ocean-view terrace or head to Zacry’s or the Beach Hut for more formal dining. Simply laze around in their spa all day and swim in the 25-meter infinity pool, put your feet up in the outdoor hot tub, or take time out for a treatment.
