It’s another week in Lockdown. I hope everyone is coping as best as they can and have tried out some of my recommendations in last week’s lockdown guide to make sure you are all looking after your own wellbeing.
As mentioned last week, we need to make sure we are supporting one another, and not just friends and family who may need emotional support right now, with phone calls, quizzes, and maybe just a friendly wave through the window. But we also need to try and help out local businesses who will be dreading this month.
